Doran Customer – Google Contacts Integration

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Doran Customer, an internal application developed and operated by PT Doran Sukses Indonesia (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Doran Customer is used by authorized stores and personnel of PT Doran Sukses Indonesia to support internal business operations, specifically to synchronize customer contact information from our internal system to Google Contacts associated with authorized store Google accounts.

Doran Customer is intended for internal business use and is not offered as a public consumer application.

By authorizing Doran Customer to access a Google account, the authorized user acknowledges and agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of Doran Customer

Doran Customer is designed to automate the synchronization of customer contact information from PT Doran Sukses Indonesia's internal systems to Google Contacts associated with authorized store Google accounts.

The integration is used to support internal store operations and customer contact management.

Doran Customer does not use Google account access for advertising, marketing profiling, or selling user data.

3. Google API Services Used

Doran Customer uses the Google People API to integrate with Google Contacts.

The application requests the following Google OAuth permission:

This permission allows Doran Customer to access and manage contacts in the Google account that has been explicitly authorized by the account holder.

The permission is required to create and manage customer contact records in the authorized store's Google Contacts account.

Doran Customer only uses this permission for the functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Google User Data We Access

When an authorized user connects a Google account to Doran Customer, the application may access Google Contacts data associated with that account as necessary to perform contact synchronization and management.

This may include:

  1. Contact names;
  2. Phone numbers;
  3. Email addresses, when available;
  4. Contact identifiers and metadata required by Google People API to identify and manage contact records.

The application does not intentionally access unrelated Google services such as Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, or Google Photos.

Access is limited to the Google API permissions explicitly requested and granted through the Google OAuth authorization process.

5. Customer Data Sent to Google Contacts

Doran Customer may send customer contact information maintained in PT Doran Sukses Indonesia's internal systems to the Google Contacts account authorized by the relevant store.

The information may include:

  1. Customer name;
  2. Customer phone number;
  3. Customer email address, when available; and
  4. Other contact information necessary for contact management, if applicable.

This information is transferred to Google Contacts solely to support internal customer contact management and store operations.

6. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data accessed through Doran Customer is used only to provide the application's Google Contacts integration functionality.

Specifically, the data may be used to:

  1. Create customer contacts in an authorized Google account;
  2. Identify existing contacts where necessary to prevent or manage duplicate records;
  3. Update contact information where required by the application's synchronization process;
  4. Maintain the connection between Doran Customer and the authorized Google account; and
  5. Troubleshoot, secure, and maintain the Google Contacts integration.

Google user data is not used for purposes unrelated to the functionality of Doran Customer.

7. OAuth Tokens and Authorization Data

Doran Customer uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization mechanism to obtain permission from an authorized Google account.

As part of this process, the application may securely store authorization information, including OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, when required to maintain the Google Contacts integration.

OAuth tokens are used solely to authenticate requests to Google API Services for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not disclose OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens to unauthorized third parties.

Access to stored authorization credentials is restricted to authorized systems and personnel as necessary to operate and maintain the integration.

8. Data Storage and Security

PT Doran Sukses Indonesia implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data processed by Doran Customer against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

These safeguards may include:

  1. Access controls for internal systems;
  2. Authentication and authorization mechanisms;
  3. Restricted access to OAuth credentials and tokens;
  4. Secure communication with Google API Services; and
  5. Internal controls limiting access to authorized personnel.

Google OAuth credentials and tokens are retained only for as long as they are necessary to maintain the authorized integration or as otherwise required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

PT Doran Sukses Indonesia does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data obtained through Doran Customer.

Google user data accessed through the application is not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or other unrelated commercial purposes.

Data may only be disclosed when necessary:

  1. To provide and maintain the functionality requested by the authorized user;
  2. To service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to operate the application and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
  3. To protect the security and integrity of our systems;
  4. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful requests from authorities; or
  5. With the explicit consent of the authorized user.

10. Advertising and Data Sale

Doran Customer does not:

  1. Sell Google user data;
  2. Use Google user data for advertising;
  3. Use Google user data to create advertising profiles;
  4. Transfer Google user data to advertising platforms or data brokers; or
  5. Use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the application's Google Contacts integration.

11. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Doran Customer does not use Google user data obtained through Google API Services to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google user data accessed by Doran Customer is used solely for the Google Contacts integration and related internal operational functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Data Retention

Google user data and authorization information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Google Contacts integration, support legitimate internal operational requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

When an integration is disconnected or no longer required, authorization credentials and associated Google user data stored specifically for the integration may be deleted or rendered inaccessible in accordance with our data retention procedures, unless retention is required by applicable law.

Customer contacts that have already been created in Google Contacts may remain in the authorized Google account until they are deleted by the account owner or through an authorized process.

13. Revoking Google Account Access

Authorized users may revoke Doran Customer's access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings.

After access is revoked, Doran Customer will no longer be able to use the revoked authorization to access or manage Google Contacts associated with that account.

Users may also contact PT Doran Sukses Indonesia using the contact information provided below to request disconnection of their Google account from Doran Customer.

Revoking access does not automatically delete contacts that were previously created in the user's Google Contacts account.

14. Data Deletion Requests

Authorized users may request deletion of Google user data and authorization information stored by Doran Customer by contacting PT Doran Sukses Indonesia.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete applicable Google user data and OAuth authorization information under our control, subject to applicable legal, security, and legitimate operational retention requirements.

Users may separately manage or delete contacts stored in their Google Contacts account through Google's own services.

15. Google API Services User Data Policy

Doran Customer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functionality described in this Privacy Policy and is handled in accordance with applicable Google API policies.

16. Internal Use

Doran Customer is intended for internal operational use by PT Doran Sukses Indonesia and authorized stores or personnel.

Only Google accounts authorized for the relevant business operations are intended to be connected to the application.

The fact that Doran Customer is intended for internal business use does not limit the privacy and security protections described in this Privacy Policy.

17. User Rights

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, authorized users may contact us to:

  1. Request information regarding Google user data processed by Doran Customer;
  2. Request correction or deletion of applicable stored data;
  3. Request disconnection of a Google account;
  4. Revoke authorization to access Google Contacts; or
  5. Ask questions regarding the collection, use, storage, or protection of data.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

PT Doran Sukses Indonesia may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Doran Customer, Google API integrations, legal requirements, or our data handling practices.

Any updates will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

If material changes affect how Doran Customer accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, we will update the applicable disclosures accordingly.

  1. Ketentuan dan Kebijakan Privasi merupakan wujud komitmen nyata dari Kami untuk melindungi setiap data dan informasi pribadi dari pengguna. Situs website yang Kami miliki dan sediakan yang dikenal dengan doran.id Ketentuan dan Kebijakan Privasi menetapkan cara melindungi dan menggunakan data dan informasi yang Pengguna berikan ketika mendaftar dan menggunakan Situs doran.id

Dengan mendaftar, mengakses dan menggunakan Situs doran.id, Pengguna menyatakan bahwa setiap data dan informasi yang diberikan adalah benar dan sah serta memberikan persetujuan kepada Kami untuk memperoleh, mengumpulkan, menyimpan, mengelola dan mempergunakan data dan informasi tersebut sesuai dengan Ketentuan dan Kebijakan Privasi ini.
  3. Kami mengasumsikan bahwa semua data informasi serta perubahan-perubahan yang Pengguna berikan (jika ada) pada masa sekarang atau di masa yang akan datang adalah akurat dan benar. Apabila data informasi dan perubahan-perubahan yang Pengguna berikan tersebut ternyata terbukti tidak benar, maka dengan ini Kami menyatakan tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala akibat yang dapat terjadi sehubungan dengan pemberian informasi dan perubahan-perubahan yang tidak benar tersebut.

Data dan Informasi Pengguna

  1. Data informasi Pengguna yang diberikan secara mandiri dan sukareladi Situs doran.id adalah sebagai berikut :
    1. Nama lengkap
    2. Tanggal lahir
    3. Alamat tempat tinggal sekarang dan wajib diperbaharui jika berubah
    4. Alamat tujuan pengiriman pesanan
    5. Alamat surat elektronik (e-mail)
    6. Nomor telepon selular yang aktif dan telah terdaftar
    7. Segala data dalam transaksi Pengguna.
    8. Metode pembayaran yang digunakan.
  1. Data informasi yang diberikan secara mandiri dan sukarela di Situs doran.id pada saat Pengguna melakukan :
    1. Mendaftar dan memperbarui (update) akun Pengguna di Situs doran.id.
    2. Menghubungi layanan bagi Pengguna yang Kami sediakan
    3. Mengisi survei yang Kami kirimkan atau oleh pihak ketiga yang bekerjasama dengan Kami
    4. Menggunakan layanan – layanan yang tersedia pada Situs doran.id seperti aktivitas pengiriman paket, transaksi pembayaran atas jasa pengiriman, transaksi pembelian produk/jasa yang tersedia di Situs doran.id
    5. Mengisi data pembayaran pada saat Pengguna melakukan aktivitas transaksi pada Situs doran.id termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada data rekening bank, kartu kredit, virtual account, gerai retail dan lainnya
  2. Data informasi yang terekam pada saat Pengguna mempergunakan Situs doran.id termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:
    1. Data lokasi riil dan perkiraannya seperti IP Address, Wi-Fi, Location dan lainnya
    2. Data berupa waktu dari setiap aktivitas Pengguna, seperti aktivitas pendaftaran, akses ke Situs doran.id dan aktivitas transaksi.

Keamanan Data dan Informasi Pengguna

  1. Kami berkomitmen untuk memastikan bahwa data informasi yang Pengguna berikan dalam keadaan aman. Untuk mencegah akses yang tidak sah, Kami melakukan tindakan pengamanan fisik, elektronik dan memiliki prosedur yang diperlukan untuk melindungi data informasi Pengguna.
  2. Pengguna bertanggung jawab untuk selalu menjaga kerahasiaan data informasi yang ada dalam Situs doran.id, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kerahasiaan sandi yang Pengguna gunakan untuk mengakses akun di Situs doran.id. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab apabila Pengguna mengalami kerugian yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian Pengguna dalam menjaga kerahasiaan data informasi dalam akun Pengguna di Situs doran.id, dan dengan ini Pengguna membebaskan Kami, direksi, dewan komisaris, karyawan, agen, dan/atau afiliasi Kami, dari setiap tuntutan, gugatan, ganti rugi, dan/atau klaim yang Pengguna ajukan sehubungan dengan penggunaan dan/atau akses yang tidak sah terhadap akun Pengguna.

Penggunaan Data dan Informasi Pengguna

  1. Kami akan menggunakan sebagian atau seluruh data dan informasi dari Pengguna yang tersedia di Situs doran.id untuk hal - hal sebagai berikut :
    1. Memproses segala bentuk permintaan dan transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pengguna di Situs doran.id.
    2. Kepentingan pengembangan fitur - fitur dan layanan yang tersedia dalam Situs doran.id.
    3. Keperluan riset berupa analisis data, pengujian, penelitian, memantau dan menganalisis kecenderungan penggunaan dan aktivitas dari Pengguna, pengembangan dan pengujian fitur baru guna meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan pada Pengguna.
    4. Komunikasi dengan Pengguna baik melalui surat elektronik (e-mail), surat, telepon, fax untuk membantu dan/atau menyelesaikan kendala yang dialami oleh Pengguna.
    5. Melakukan monitoring dan investigasi terhadap aktivitas mencurigakan atau aktivitas yang mengandung unsur kecurangan atau pelanggaran terhadap Perjanjian Kemitraan dan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Selanjutnya Kami akan melakukan tindakan - tindakan yang diperlukan sebagai tindak lanjut dari monitoring dan investigasi yang dilakukan
    6. Dalam keadaan tertentu dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan peraturan perundang - undangan, kami mungkin perlu menggunakan atau mengungkapkan  data informasi Pengguna untuk tujuan penegakan hukum dan/atau pemenuhan persyaratan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku, termasuk dalam hal terjadinya

Pengungkapan Data dan Informasi Pengguna

  1. Kami menjamin tidak ada aktivitas penjualan, pengalihan, distribusi atau meminjamkan data informasi Pengguna kepada pihak ketiga lainnya, tanpa terdapat izin atau perjanjian kerahasiaan, kecuali dalam hal - hal sebagai berikut :
    1. Pengungkapan data informasi Pengguna kepada anak perusahaan dan afiliasi Kami untuk membantu memberikan layanan dan pengolahan data informasi guna kepentingan dan atas nama Kami.
    2. Pengungkapan data informasi Pengguna sehubungan dengan kewajiban hukum dan/atau permintaan yang sah dari aparat penegak hukum.
    3. Keperluan komunikasi antara mitra usaha Kami (seperti mitra penyedia layanan pembayaran dan mitra penyedia layanan pengiriman) kepada Pengguna.
    4. Keperluan penyelesaian perselisihan antara Pengguna dengan Kami.

Penyimpanan dan Penghapusan Data Informasi Pengguna

  1. Kami akan menyimpan data informasi Pengguna selama akun Pengguna di Situs doran.id aktif dan akan melakukan penghapusan data informasi sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang - undangan yang berlaku.

Pembaharuan

  1. Pengguna memahami bahwa Kami sewaktu - waktu dapat melakukan perubahan (pengurangan atau penambahan) ketentuan dalam kebijakan privasi ini. Kami menyarankan agar Pengguna secara seksama dan secara berkala melihat kebijakan privasi ini. Dengan tetap mengakses dan/atau menggunakan Situs doran.id, maka Pengguna dianggap telah menyetujui perubahan - perubahan dalam kebijakan privasi ini.
